This stone art piece was made here at my shop in Oklahoma. The blade is knapped from amethyst sage agget from the pacific north west. The blade is set with pine pitch resin and wrapped with natural sinue. The handle and stand are deer leg bone.
The exposed blade length is approximately 4" inches long x 1 1/2 wide with an overall length of 10 inches.
Although these stone tools make fantastic display pieces, they are sharp and can be used. like any stone tool, once dule, it can be resharpened by pressure flaking the edge with a deer antler flaker.
Antler flakers are also available for purchase.
The bone stand is included.
