About us
Creating quality custom leather goods one piece at a time.
After doing a job for years that paid the bills but did not bring much personal satisfaction, life afforded me the opportunity to venture out to find not only a job but a passion.
I wasn't sure what I was going to do. My only goal was to do something that left me feeling happy about the time I spent making a living. I was taught by a very wise person that a job, while it does pay the bills, can be a pleasurable part of your life.
The art of leather literally fell into my hands at just the right time. I was on vacation at my grandparent's house and my grandma got out some old leather tools and we started tapping on leather. The seed was planted that sunny afternoon at grandma's house. A few trips to the leather shop and I started out a hobby that has turned into a trade that I can proudly put my mark on.
I have fond memories of growing up and taking trips to the leather shop with my father when he was dabbling in the craft of leather. I didn't know then that it would be something later in life I would be having my dad come over to my leather shop to give me feedback. Not only has my grandparents and father influenced me but so has my immediate family. When you see pieces of leather turned into keepsakes I hope you feel the four generations that have influenced my desire to create quality custom leather goods.
